- Hi, it’s me again, and it’s been a hot minute (and a hot summer).
- I started writing in lists of ten.
- A list of ten in a series of text message to my sisters for updates on my parents’ recent visit.
- Not a top ten, but ten important things for the day.
- Some are funny, most are serious.
- Some things I don’t want to say aloud; thus, the text thread.
- They made it home safely.
- Then there was a set about a lost (and found) debit card
- “Text of Tens” force me to practice brevity.
- I’m not good at brevity.
