- I am open to enjoying the heck out of my Sunday.
- I will be in the moment throughout the day.
- I will do one “for me” thing, even if it’s only 15 minutes.
- I will be kind and loving to those around me.
- I will wind down at 8:30.
- I will be okay leaving things undone if there isn’t time to get to them because they interfere with #s 1-5.
- I will not lash out at those around me; their non-Sunday Blues do not need to make me angry or jealous.
- I will put my phone away (Face Time and calls to family or friends are excepted).
- I will not check work email.
- I will allow myself to rest.

I really hope you can do all of this on your Sunday as you know the work week looms! I have always felt a need to do ALL the laundry and cleaning as if THAT would make the week better. I do know better. Perhaps I need a manifesto!

Of course, on this Sunday, I got to bed at midnight and managed to pack my day with too many things to do (minus the relaxing). I’ll try again.

That’s an awesome list and I hope you accomplish many today. I was going to list 3 or 4 of my favorites but when I went back to choose…I liked them all.

I’m sure there are more to add, but this works for now.

Oh, the Sunday scaries, amplified by end-of-Spring-Break. I am doing just a smidgen of work–setting up my planner with the class schedule. Mindless stuff is where I’m at. See you tomorrow!

I’ve seen people post Sunday Funday. How in the world do they manage to squeeze it in? If I have fun, then the things that need to get done whack me hard the minute I get home.

What a great manifesto. It is one I could also adopt. Thanks for sharing!
